Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Consultations
Consultations are complimentary when attended as scheduled.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a consultation will result in a $50 consultation fee.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in applicable fees and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Packages
All packages are non-refundable.
If there is no booking or communication within 3 months of the initial session, it will be assumed that the client has chosen to discontinue treatment.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
